The Glycemic Index, or GI is a measure of the effects of carbohydrates on blood sugar levels. Latest reviews of Low GI Recipes app for iPhone and iPad
This app is a waste of money. The recipe is not even specific with their ingredients for example "angel hair pasta with trout" they dont name exactly what pasta to use, like brown rice angel hair pasta, they just write angel hair pasta. Another example "veggy sandwich" they dont tell you what type of bread to use, just "bread". This app is so low budget. I would defiantly want a refund.
No details of how many GI the dish has
Pasta, flour, sugar? Really? Terrible app and I feel tricked and stolen from!
These are not Low GI Recipes! Beware! The recipes are nice and tasty but not low GI. I was ripped off!
I just purchased this app. Ive tried opening it up several times and it is only an advertisement for their other app.
